As a realtor Dave is always my suggestion to clients as the mortgage person I would recommend. He is knowledgeable, smart, efficient, and best of all, gets my clients to closing with the best interest rate possible and the least amount of closing costs. FOA was recommended by our realtor. We found that they lost our paper work in the beginning and often we could not get in touch with anyone. Even now, they are not helpful with questions and just refer you to another person. Please shop around before you decide to use this company, we wish we did.
