Knew everything that was going on and took direct action to make the transaction possible, even when a couple of snags hit. Felt like someone who actually was on your side. - Great communication. Fast to respond almost all the time, was very accurate in estimating when he could get back to you if he was busy with something else. Even when contacted a couple of times at what some might call inconvenient times of the evening or morning, I didn't ever feel like he was annoyed or bothered with me contacting him. Just an overall great experience, no other way to describe it!

As an inexperienced new home owner/buyer we were very uneasy about the home buying process. Blake and his team could not have been a better asset for us in our home buying process. I will admit I was very nervous while going through all the purchasing steps and Blake was always there to answer my questions and make sure I was well informed while making this big financial decision. Personally, when I see reviews that are all 5 stars I am uneasy thinking that like some amazon products when you give a good review you get some sort of discount or special perk which always makes me uneasy.
