I bought a new car here and horrible service from their Richland center location. I will never go back there or recommend them. Emailed the owner and my salesman with my troubles about my car and neither responded. I do however go to their boscobel location for service and would rank them 10 stars. Only one star due to the horrible experience in Richland Center with sales and service

I bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot from them and have had nothing but problem after problem with it now grant it the service department people are very nice but to get the work done on my Jeep in a timely matter is another deal had to have windshield replaced they put in a bad windshield still waiting to see if i get a new one put in then had to have new counsel system put in took for ever for them to get around to putting new one in well ok three months but again it was a faulty system now waiting on a new one again but two windshield two councils systems a paint job on back gate when should I say enough and tell them to take it back under lemon law When I only have had this Jeep for one year

My truck today blew a water pump and they where able to get me in right away and get me back on the road. Great experience with Boscobel shop..thanks

Was looking for a particular car and wasn't expecting to find it locally but I did at Fillback. The car was at Richland Center but they made it easy for me by driving the car to Bosebel. The price if the car was $3000 LESS then anywhere else in Madison or Milwaukee. Had a great time talking with the employees and Eric did a great job at being a salesperson.

Great job of diagnosing the problem with my van and giving me an honest, fair estimate of the repair and making the repair in a timely manner. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Don't fall for the spilled coffee at the front desk.

Very disappointed that I scheduled appointment last week for oil change and car detail. Told them that if it couldn't be done to call. Oil change completed but detail was not done and no call to explain why or to reschedule. I had to call to find our why and reschedule appoint for detailing...very inconvenient :(

Drove 45 minutes one way to look at a vehicle advertised online. Got there and was told it sold 2 WEEKS ago even tho it was still on the website for sale. Waste of time, wont ever make the drive again.

Great customer service. Bob is easy to work with and talk to. Very happy.
