Aaron went above and beyond helping us set up our accounts . He called us back quickly with the answers we needed. And helped us get our 250 dollar bonus for opening up a checking. Its very refreshing to see Employees that are truly concientous and Very Helpful. He is a great representative for Fifth Third.I hope he gets a good performance bonus!!

Good bank overall, but the ATM at this location never accepts my deposits every time I go through. I have to go to the fifth third on Monroe St. and that one will work every time.

I only ever had good experiences at this location with one employee, but she quit in 2017. It has been nothing but issues from day one at this location for me, and the employees are not even remotely close to helpful or customer service-minded. I personally bank with them, and have to deal with them for work, and neither is ever a good experience. Definitely looking into switching banks as soon as possible, because I am past done with the rude people there, and errors made.

Reason for giving such a low rating is because of being under staffed. I tried two days in a row Friday at 1:30 and Saturday at 11:30. I ended up leaving Friday and still waiting in line on Saturday. They have one person working 6 cars outside and 7 people waiting inside. It makes one wonder if they are phasing out bank

New to the area and needed to open a checking account. Aaron was absolutely phenomenal. Customer service is very important to me. What a perfect example of exemplary customer service!

This location is an embarrassment. Terrible service and they also charge you to cash a fifth third check! What a joke! Absolutely a joke and the poor man trying to get help beside me, go to Huntington lol

A wonderful branch of 53. Just got my account opened here and the whole process took less than 20min. Who wouldnt like to get $250 just as an opening bonus. This is an awesome deal. In love with the online banking and app. Updates to the account are real-time. Gloria Rumans was super easy to deal with and she manages this branch wonderfully. Excellent job! Update from Apr 2020 - tried doing my withdrawal of 14 rolls of coins, couldnt get it at drive-thru. The teller actually walked out to the car and handed it to me. Great service. The only problem I am having here is they do charge a fee to transfer money to any other of your bank accounts. Thats really outdated, something you saw in 2010s. There are banks where this not only is free but have real time transfers. All that said, the account is a zero balance account, so I cant complain. Still like your branch!

Without going into my personal banking information, I just wanted to say how amazing the staff is here in this branch. I can't speak for any other 5/3 branch, but at this one every time I have needed them to help me it has always been a truly stellar interaction. Courtesy and commitment to my needs have always been paramount every time I go into this bank.

Bad service, I want to open a new checking account. She asked me when I want to close my account. I spent almost 25 minutes there, she didn’t do anything. Anyway I left, I want to another one branch. It is worse one fifth third bank ever!!!! Make customers so uncomfortable.

Customer service is amazing but needs to staff more people. Telegraph and monroe location Saturday morning and my car has been running for 25 minutes waiting in line at the pull up teller.
