Fifth Third Bank & ATM Hilliard Rome Rd, Hilliard

I have to say? I have been to many banks, some better than others. But? Just started w/this bank. Employees are great. Mageswari, Spencer, and every teller I interacted with. So? 5 star from me.

We have been using 5 3 banks for a very long time. They have always helped with any issues and the staff has always been consistent at this location unlike others. Very quick to get people through the line wether your inside or using the outside service. Only issue is I wish they were open later in the afternoon at least till 6.

I went to the 5/3 on third ave in Grandview Heights to get a notary signature. The cashier was so impolite in telling me that if it was a real estate transaction that was not with their bank, they wouldn't do it, that I went to Huntington. They were so friendly and gave me no hassle, so I decided to close my 5/3 account. Today however, I went to a 5/3 on Hilliard Rome, and they were so nice, I decided instead of closing the acct., I would just bank here from now on. There folks here are good people with a good manager.

Worst bank to deal with ever, terrible customer service. I went to purchase a car from a seller local to this branch that had a lein with 5/3. After paying off the loan with a CASHIERS CHECK he was told it would take 10 days for the lein to be released. Ridiculous. With a cash payoff and a receipt showing 0 balance it should not take 10 days. IF THAT was not bad enough it has been 14 days and no resolution in site. STAY AWAY.

Don’t come here they rude af

I wanted to cash to my check and was told I had to deposit it first, but the funds would be available “tomorrow morning.” After 24 hours and no change to my account, I called the call center and was told MY funds are being held for a WEEK due to a hold the branch put on my check and there was nothing anyone could do to lift it supposedly?! I’ve never experienced this with any bank and was not given any real explanation as to why it happened. Please save yourself the trouble and bank with someone else. Chase and Huntington are great.

Tellers can’t even answer a simple question. Nothing they say makes sense. Choose a different bank and save yourself the hassle from the beginning. Chase, Huntington, key bank and US Bank are much easier to deal with and more convenient.

One lady was very very rude. I told them I didn’t have enough money for a new ID because I have to pay rent and things like that. I recently changed the name on my account, and SOMEHOW it managed to undo itself. She went to talk to a banker and she came back and said without a valid ID they couldn’t cash it. They’ve cashed it before with NO ISSUES! I’m never coming back here again. I’m sick of being told that I can’t cash my check even though they’ve helped me before.

Disappointing custmer service, but it is a 5/3 bank after all.

Fifth third closed my account for something that happened 15yrs ago. They closed it AFTER I PROCESSED A LOAN TO GO THROUGH OF 75k !! How convenient! Moving to chase id rather pay for checking than to not get my money at all!!!
