Absolutely garbage servic . Went to exchange some cutrency waited nearly an hour. Then i googled the exchange rate. There was a fee of 7.8 percent which i was told was 10 dollars. Apparently that wasnt the case it was 10 dollars in addition to the 7.8 percent fee upon calculation. I said forget I want to cancel it and just go somewhere else at which point I was told the shipping label was printed so it can't be canceled. I worked for a company where we did shipping. A shipping label absolutely can be canceled so they flat out tried to just lie to me. I told them to just give me my cash and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Good to know this about this bank. I'm currently a student pursuing dentistry and I will not banking with this bank in the future if this is how they treat cusomers.

so i went to this branch for the first time. there’s this indian lady who is so loud and trying to act as if she knows everybody who comes in and ask about their lives how’s their kids and whatsoever as if she’s a great help when all she do is talk loud and act superior. she keeps talking instead of doing her job!

They are very slow on processing anything over a thousand dollars and the managers don’t have sense of urgency. They don’t have enough staff.
