Fifth Third Bank & ATM Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville

Worst 5/3 ever. Their ATM had been down for two days. You are a bank. No one cares about excuses. You have the money. Fix it.

Many filing errors, account closure and activation problems, incorrect loan documentation that was easily refuted, lack of organization, no acceptance of employee mistakes even with evidence present, turned small debt over to collections without contacting the customer, unwilling to discuss mistakes made in their accounting when talking with TransUnion over resulting credit score infractions, intent on charging fees wherever possible in situations that are clearly avoidable - branch manager will recommend you call corporate with complaints, and then corporate will recommend you visit your local branch manager with complaints = a vicious loop of not helping their customer. Do not get loans, open accounts, or apply for credit cards here. I have used Citi Bank with none of these issues at all, and I’ve had accounts there for almost as many years. Never bank with 5/3

I'm absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service at the nashboro village branch location. After being with this bank for nine years, they have really lost their touch. Not only did I wait for over twenty minutes in the drive thru, but was awkwardly greeted by another teller for the second time ten minutes after arriving. I proceeded to point out that they already had my cards and cash too. Nine more minutes passed, I told him if he didn't have time then I wanted my cards and cash back because I was tired of F***ing waiting. No apology, he did not speak. My transaction was processed, and receipt sent back.... without my cards. Once those came back in my possession, the teller still said not one word, he just stood there shaking his head at me. I've never felt so disrespected by my own bank. I'm disappointed in even saying they are whom I bank with.

This has to be THE SLOWEST branch in Nashville. It seems they will only employ one person to run the place. They are friendly though, but that doesn't matter after you've been waiting 20 mins to deposit one check with nobody else in line.

Y'all need to just go ahead and install a new ATM . Because how is it out of order every other day. Also it my money and card.

This place is a joke. The guy name shady he is lier and and he is really a shady. And his Manager is another shady. I don’t know how 53 Bank can hire those kinda People. They lie and they stole my money. I will closed my account soon bcz of their rudeness and lie.

I just want to appreciate Kim ( Manager)in Nashboro branch not only is she helpful but goes beyond her way she’s help me with my account and advised me on how to better my credit until this day. Love her top notch customer service and personality keep up the great work kim!!! If there is a number I can call to let her boss know of her outstanding job that would be great!

Love this bank, it's kind of my second home and the representatives are always so nice they go beyond the call of duty to help. They walked me through my home buying process with ease these guys and gals are AWSOME! THANKS 5/33rd I couldn't have done it with out you guys.

EVERY PERSON IN THIS BRANCH HAS GOT TO BE THE MOST INCOMPETENT INDIVIDUALS I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE WILL COME FROM VISITING THIS BRANCH. I'AM EXTREMELY HAPPY THAT I HAVE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH FIFTH THIRD, THEY CAN CONGRATULATE EVERY PERSON AT THIS BRANCH FOR LOSING MY BUSINESS. IF ANYONE ASKS ME ABOUT FIFTH THIRD I SURELY WILL REDIRECT THEM TO A DIFFERENT BANK!
