    This bank is does not respect disabled veterans. They are very discriminating and rude. The entire system they work with should be shut down. I honestly could not believe how mean, rude, and disrespectful they are. If your a male or defend this country then don’t go here. Definitely don’t. I pray that they resolve their debt with their members and close. call their customer service, thats the worst communications I have ever received. Every single one of them have proven to be vile, and ill intent has surfaced from the entire bank.

    Don't ever try to cash your check on mobile, it takes a business week and sometimes 2 because of their overdraft policy, now at first you might be saying well don't over spend or keep money in your account and you're right, that's what i did. This bank will give you an instant $100 on your mobile deposit and they claim to have the rest of the check in your account next business day unless you have a history of overdrafts. well i ended up overdrafting a couple dollars on the instant cash you get and from then on i've been stuck in a perpetual overdraft cycle. I won't even touch the instant funds, the bank will take that away after 24 hrs and recently they've been pulling the whole check leaving my checking in the negative hundreds for several days. The only thing they're making a fifth third better is other banks cause i'm pulling my money, which i'm still waiting on money from over a week ago, and i'm going somewhere a lil more convenient and reasonable.

    I went to the atm at 5th third to do a deposit. Well i went to get the money and turned back around and the screen says timeout we are keeping your card for security purpose. This was at 1am so at 10 am i went to that branch and asked them to retrieve my card they basically told me that they couldnt and that they didnt even service there atm i even told them my bank was gonna charge me 10.00 to get a new card. So long story short do not go to a atm at this bank because it dont give you the option do you need more time it just takes your card..Good luck at getting it back.i feel like 5th third should give me back the money i lost due to them not having anything posted or printed about this. This needs to be fixxed...

    These people are crooks they hold your money for no reason they have had my husband's business check forv12 days with no explanation said they where making sure it wasnt fraudulently don't use them unless you are planning on handing them your hard earned money without getting it back

    This bank will not accept a State of Tennessee issued ID to cash a check, even if you have an account with them.

    I'm happy with this location specifically. I've tried the one on sam ridley, and other locations in murfreesboro. I like this location the best. They are the nicest, the most knowledgeable and best trained out of all of the locations I've visited. They're always friendly and helpful. The other locations, people were either rude on the phone or in person. Like that northern attitude... and other locations, they didn't seemed fully trained or lacked knowledge. This location everyone seems to be on the same page. I already dislike banks and this one, has me have a change of heart. I do appreciate doing business with this location. Plus their online banking app and online setup is by far the easiest out of any online banking system I've had to use. Bank of america is a pain to me.

    Disaster!! Never ever consider doing a mortgage loan with 5/3 Bank. Go elsewhere! We have been given many many closing dates & a complete run around. We were verbally given a Closing date of June 10th, which we communicated to our realtor & the sellers realtor. Then we were told June 13, followed by possibly June 20-24, then June 16. Currently 5/3 verbally has told us June 15th for closing. Due to the complete run around & 5/3 not being a bank of their WORD, I asked the loan officer to please send me in writing what he just stated, "we can close on June 15th". I requested this email confirmation because we now need it to PROVE to the seller of the house that were NOT liars! At this point the sellers are NOT believing anything we say. Every deadline for closing we've given them has been blown by 5/3. We're looking like idiots at this point. Currently, our request for a closing date confirmation in writing hasn't been sent. Even after we've emailed & called requesting it. There is zero commitment from 5/3 of being a bank of it's word & they seem to have zero sense of urgency. We love the personal banking aspect of 5/3 Bank.... However, the mortgage aspect is complete crap! Please don't waste your time & efforts! 5/3 has made our dream of buying a home a COMPLETE stressful nightmare!

    Think Twice BEFORE you go to 5/3 I am representing a buyer in a Real Estate transaction! According to them my client was able and willing to close June 18th.2014. The Loan officer at Indian Hills Murfreesboro location, sent us a letter saying they were able and ready! Of course that in this market anything can happen and you don't really know until you close the loan. But am talking about a buyer with more than 30% down. My question is why THIS bank WAITED the day of the closing to tell the buyer, that closing was not going to happen.. The UNBELIEVABLE part of this situation is, that they were acting like if everything was working ok. We gave them the contract May the 7th. I believe somebody didn't do what they were suppose to do at FRONT!!. We are in a very TERRIBLE SITUATION RIGHT NOW, BECAUSE OF FIFTH AND THIRD BANK.. Seller is LOOSING the house they were buying, and the buyer is HOMELESS at this point because the house where they are living is already rented to new people and they have to get out NOW. THAT MEAN HOTEL AND STORAGE THEIR STUFF.. MY QUESTION IS: WHO IS REALLY CARING FOR THE COSTUMERS??? IN THIS BANK, NOBODY!!! I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE BANKING OR DOING BUSINESS WITH FIFTH THIRD..
