No complaints They move fast when I go in no waiting for me max wait time be two minutes I don’t see where people be waiting so long even drive through was quick April moves fast and Amber and the other new girl Only one I don’t like going to is Tansha she always get my accounts wrong

Terrible service when it comes to wanting on a banker to help assist you with getting information on ANYTHING! I'm highly dissapointed in this place I waited over 40minutes & recieved no help! Though there is one wonderful banker that's always doing a great job!

The worst bank i have Ever dealt with in Detroit rude they don’t even deserve a star i have 5. Business accounts and my husband has a personal and she couldn’t make change or didn’t have change for me cause I’m not on the account. Rude i will Never deal with this bank again the worst and attitude is horrible. Garbage bank

I love this bank, i believe when i went there to speak to someone about my issues she was able to help me in assisting me anything that i needed. Also i feel that the person i spoke with summer was an awesome rep and she took care of all of my problems. I loved her and she made me feel like i was at home.

So slow and no sense of urgency. Been sitting in this drive thru line for 25 minutes and only 1 car has been serviced. Horrible wait times. They need help.

Worst bank possible So damn Slow. just got charged $16 to cash 2 checks that came from there bank. Went back in to ask about it and ask for a receipt she says there isn't any. Just got ripped off $16 to cash two checks. Don't bring your money here the woman will steal your money... DONT TRUST THIS BRANCH STAY WAY.. sooo damn rude and unhelpful
