    Had a great experience at this branch. Had to make a wire for the first time for a home purchase and James and his manager made the process very easy. They even followed up to provide an update once the wire went though.

    Now over a week to just get a login for an auto loan and I have been on hold three different times for over 45 Min!!!!!!!!!!! and I am still not able to create a frickin login! I have never had such an issue with any bank like this ever. All I want to do is setup my account so I can pay online and it is like trying to pull teeth. Seriously going to pursue refinancing with another bank. Fifth Third is the worst.

    Absolutely worst bank branch I have ever had to deal with. I would not recommend anybody using 5/3 bank, at least not in wilmington ohio. Customer service and bank policies are a joke! Wright part credit union is the way to go!

    The customer service leaves much to be desired. There are two signs that indicate one line is business and the other is everyone else. Regular line will be long, someone walks in, get's in the business line and they are the next one helped. Maybe I'm missing the point? They are always really busy, which I get. But they have no sense of urgency and will talk amongst themselves or to a single customer for an eternity. They charge A LOT to get a check cashed, even if it is a 5/3 check. And the different kinds of accounts you can get... confusing. Highly DO NOT recommend.

    They are not helping seniors with mortgage payments due to stay at home order. All they offer is no late fee for 90 days then pay all money due or forclose. Maybe they have TP for sale at $20 a roll.

    I avoid this Branch whenever possible. Some of the tellers have a very smug attitude. On two different occasions recently I was unable to deposit checks into my own account. One I simply took to Kroger down the street and they cashed it, the other I took to a different branch and they I deposited it. But what got me was the condescending thank you as I left after they explained why they were not going to help me.

    I have a wisley pay card that 5/3 gives to employees that work fast food I went to the atm as its free to withdrawl money. It takes my card. Very confused i go in as i just got a nice check and had important things to do. I ask the clerk to please give back my card that i just used and they said that my bank card was not issued by 5 / 3 when it clearly stated on my card and the paperwork that it was. That bank is awful. Will be going higher up. To have that clerks job taken from her. Very unprofessional and not at all knowledgeable of there banking cards and policies. She come up with every excuse not to give my card back to me even when i clearly gave her the right card number and was able to provide the last 10 transactions and the locations. This lady was extremely rude and very loud as i was embarrassed and i had done nothing wrong but wanted my bank card back.

    Didn't give me an account number when I took out a loan, then when I called (during their very limited business hours, there's no 24 hour line) to get it (you cannot email them by the way, they have no email address) they wouldn't give me the account number over the phone, I had to visit the nearest branch, which is not even in my same time zone. Given the choice between being hit by a car or financing one through fifth third, I'd take the former. They wrote something under my review asking me to call them, they didn't answer!

    I can't get anyone to pick up the phone and take my call.. ive called just about everyday in the past 5 days still nothing. Update finally got ahold of you guys and got everything situated. Harrison definitely made my experience better. Hats off to him, 4/5 just because it took a week to get someone on the phone.

    This branch in Wilmington is the worst I have ever had experience with anywhere. It's beyond the customer service and beyond long wait times. The slowest way of dealing with people's needs. The slowest account updating online and the most inaccurate and slow banking app ever.
