Super nice bank. Jamie and Kim both helped me out today and very happy.

Very pleased with the service while opening up new checking and savings accounts. The banker was patient, professional and friendly and genuinely wanted to answer any questions. He followed up with a phone call a week or two later to make sure everything was working well.

I’m with this bank for three years now, my husband even longer. Everyone in this branch is extremely professional, helpful and kind. They are always giving their best to solve any issue , to meet clients needs and to advise in clients best interest. We appreciate them.

This is the worst bank I've ever been to everytime we are there no matter if busy or not busy it takes 10 to 15 mins to make a deposit or serval they need to learn how to count and hire more staff if I had the choice I would not ever go back one time they lost one of our deposits they did end up finding it but still that's freking ridiculous

Terrible customer service! I went into the branch because I had an issue with the ATM. Mary S. Was the teller that I went to. She was very rude, and kept making smart remarks about why would I use the ATM to make a deposit instead of coming into the branch. I explained I have children in the car and it was for convenience. Something I do regularly, HELLO we are in a pandemic. I try to limit contact with strangers. She then proceeds to say well you could've went to drive up. If I had known the ATM would take my money and no deposit it I would have. She was very cold, had a remark for every thing I said, she was not helpful at all. I ended up leaving and calling the support line. That was helpful, but I will never go back to this branch. Mary S. Has terrible customer service, she should not be dealing with customers.

How difficult can it be to close a bank account? Looks like it is difficult and extremely tiring at Fifth Third Bank for sure. Struggling to perform a simple transaction like closing a bank account - called customer care they say visit branch - visited branch they say call customer care. Finally they say withdraw 4 cents balance and when I withdraw it they send me an overdraft/check return warning. Really???

This branch racially profiles. Horrible experience consistently. DO NOT BANK HERE IF YOU ARE A MINORITY!!!

Mary is the best Manager and her and her team always go above and beyond for all my banking needs!
