needed assistance with an overdraft fine which caused me to be upset when I called fifth third. After speaking with Caitlyn Carr she calmly resolved my issue and assisted all of my needs. I appreciate her being very kind and patient with me although I was slightly frustrated. she emailed me all the notes I requested and I appreciate her helping me and resolving my issue!

I have been going to this branch for years. One thing I go there for is to get a roll of quarters and I use to be able to you use the drive thru that is attached to the building but now for whatever reason they closed that window and I can't use tube because it can't handle roll of quarters ,although other 5th 3rds can, so now I have to go inside. I went inside irritated because I thought drive ups were for our convience. After I get quarters the girl says have a nice day but I was upset and didn't reply then the boy who works there also the boy who told me I had to come inside screams Have A Nice Day..I know to irritate me more and it did. Came close to closing my account but I will never enter this branch again.

The staff at this bank are some of the nicest ppl. So helpful and quick to get your business transactions completed. Always a very clean facility when I go there as well.

Quick and easy location. They seem to be a little slower in the drive-thru whenever I'm there, but its still easy if you want to stay in the car. The best part about this location is Bob, the mortgage guy. He splits his time there and the Woodlawn Kroger location just an fyi. It seems a few of the office people do. But if you need something from a loan officer or the sorts, this location definitely has those people. Bob's great at sitting down and explaining things that you may or may not get about a home loan. He does a great job of "dumbing it down" if you need him too (I'm blond... there I said it). Overall a quick easy in, easy out.

I was sitting in the lobby waiting to speak to a banker for at least 30 minutes. When it was finally my turn then they skipped me and brought in somebody who had only been sitting there for 10 minutes. It was very rude and unprofessional.

Very bad service, super slow ... very unpleasant experience !!! 😡🤬
