I come here often not only because I bank here but also to get change for our brewery. Chris is always such a pleasure! He is helpful, happy, and professional. I visited the Port Orange, FL branch to open an account. I was told that I would have to wait until one of the office people finished working with other customer. 10 minutes later A woman named Nacole finished with her customer, got up and left the bank. All this while the other office person was talking with her customer about car and where to fix a Corvette. Since it looked like they were not interested in helping me I left. Pretty poor customer service.
