Fifth Third Bank & ATM Lem Turner Rd, Jacksonville

I walked into this branch to deposit a check made payable to my husband but endorsed to me and was told thru the drive thru that I couldn't do that. I stopped and did some more research and called in. Whoever answered the phone told me I should be able to and confirmed with the manager. So I walked in and I felt like a criminal after being asked who this person was to me and what bank did he use and why didn't he had a shared account and advised that we should have a joint account. They also asked why did he endorse it. Was told by the manager that it would be a problem if the check bounced. The check is from a respectable employer! All those questions are none of your business! Omg been banking with them for over 15 years. I have never been treated like this! Time to move to Navy Federal completely!!

This is a good bank never had a problem with them so far when it comes to my money. Yes they are a little slow at times and the Atm barely accepts cash deposits. Despite all that they are courteous. For the record the Northside isn't "hood" 😒& be respectful.

Don’t Recommend that branch I was denied opening up a account I asked the reason and was told because of the Experiences that they had with me and that I needed too talk with her the bank manager but the Experience they have with me was me filing a complaint on the branch manager After I was accused A fake check and I also Had a complaint about her so guess she in her feelings sound like Discrimination to the fullest

This bank refuse to give my family her husband fund out of his bank account after he passed away even when she on the death certificate and there no benefit on his account knowing her family needed for help this pass September it was really sad.😭😭😭😭

I go to 5th3rd’s all over Jax. I hate it when Lem Turner is the closest location to me. Lem Turner location is ALWAYS the slowest. This is the hood. Get us out of this drive up! 15 mins in a drive up is ridiculous.

Everyone who works at this bank is very nice & helpful.My problem is that you wait & wait & wait in the drive through.If you are in a hurry,reconsider.Unless you wish to wait 10-15 minutes,just to be acknowledged, I would try to go inside & see if that was faster. Better yet,get the app & learn to electronically deposit your money.Much easier & faster & no wait,eait,wait in line.

I have had an account for over 2 years. Every time i go in their is one lady at the front that is rude. Then now that the pandemic is going on i needed to take my coins in and have to wait to just use coin machine. I shouldn't have to wait day's to get to use a change machine that i have an account to use.

All in all my experience with 5/3 was good but the one on Merrill ave in Jacksonville FL treated me like I was going to rob them or like I was some type of felon or something!

This bank isn't a bank it's a scam for any business owners or even small businesses owners they hold your money hostage until they decide if there done doing whatever it is there doing with your money and have no respect when you're concerned about your own money smh!
