Fifth Third Bank & ATM E Tillman Rd, Fort Wayne

The manager from there was extremely rude to one of the clients who doesn’t speak English. Definitely calling the main bank to make complaints. People from this bank need to be respectful and have the patience to do the job that they get paid for.

Was merrily moving right along with no problems and having a harmonious relationship with 5/3 until I visited this branch in a one-off time to deposit a check in the ATM. Their teller held the funds from my check for four days, got the branch manger on the phone to get nasty with me, and then froze my account and busted me for check kiting causing numerous overdraft charges which they happily collected. Then, they reported it to a check verification service, which kept me from opening another bank account for five years. (Fortunately, I had already opened another account before this cascade of events, but it kept me from moving) Word of advice - NEVER use a location of any chain that is in a black area of town or where the workers are predominantly black.

Hardship with my credit score due to their lack of follow through and acknowledging their error. I am hitting a brickwall and no assistance or anyone to rectify this problem.

This bank is amazing the help and personal assistance from Rachel to help me set up my mobile account made me feel so at home no rush even heard Rachel say she was gonna call and check up on a retired client to see if he was well!Thank you again Rachel for making this an easy and smooth transition

Atm never works there it's always out of order

This bank is a joke. If you have to go in for any reason, you will be waiting way longer than you want to. If one of their friends come in you might as well leave immediately because they talk and joke around forever. When they do finally get to you they can't help you because the only person that can is either on lunch or isn't working that day.

Tellers are rude and take their time to getting around to helping you. If their talking with their customers/friends you could be waiting a very long time. I'll go the extra miles to another branch.

Was able to accept foreign wire transfers without a hold after the first few times. Exchanged dollars for Japanese yen and vice versa. Love the different savings vehicles.

I bank here and the entire staff is awesome. Understood what I needed got an answer within the hour
