Good thing they have free credit rating sites. I have close to a 800 credit score and carried their stupid secure credit card for over 2 years. I have an American Express platinum card ,(and another Visa),and make over $60K a year at my job I have been at for almost 6 years. Credit Karma provides me with ALL my information. I believe I was denied a credit card because of my race. 5/3rd insist that you are face to face with their marketing managers. I always get letters to upgrade for a credit card with 5/3rd but when I walked in the manager quickly denied me with no explanation. He said they did not have to provide any actual reason other than a letter that says I was denied.There are very racist mechanism in place here to keep us down. I just want people to know how I'm treated here.

Checked their website to see when they closed, site said 7:00pm. Walked to the lobby doors at 5:00pm, locked tight. Sign on door did not list any time later than 6:00pm on Friday.
