    Been banking with Fifth Third for many many years and the service keeps getting worse and worse! No wonder why branches are closing left and right. I will definitely be taking my banking somewhere else! And Ian or Ean however his name is spelled at this branch has HORRIBLE communication skills, idk if he's overworked(probably), underpaid or a combination if both, but he is not a good person to deal with at all!!!
