All the employees from the bankers to the tellers are very professional, courteous and friendly. They acknowledge every person the walks in the center. If they know the name, they say the name if not they just welcome. Feels great. Keep up the great job.

Tellers here are thieves. Beware. If they ask for your pin, don't give it to them. The tellers will sell your info on the dark web. John has a very slick way of getting you to expose your pin to him. Don't fall for it.

I was given promises by two particular bankers in which the promises were lies. The first banker that opened my account that didn't explain the account the right way had quit shortly after because he didn't get a certain position that he wanted. The second banker had stated that all was good to go multiple times for this promise then must have lied to lied to the manager or maybe the manager lied to cover. The Itasca 53rd bank manager which is new to his job was unwilling to help in any way I had to go above his head to corporate with my situation and due the what the manager stated as to the lies I am SOL. I NOT RECOMMEND THE BRANCH ON 53rd bank TO ANYONE. The $200 promise is a scam and it seems they pick and choose who is worthy. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE.

This locations bank personnel is awesome! The customer service is so good, Id rather go inside than go thru drive-thru.

I got to this location all the time. They are helpful and always very nice.

The staff at this branch is excellent. The tellers are far more competent than any other branch in the area. Every time I have a concern I can simply call this branch with my questions which is very convienent versus waiting on hold with customer service. Most of the time when I visit, Janki is there and I can’t say enough about her. She is so polite and patient with me. She always says Hello to me and I feel welcomed at this branch. Anyone who is looking for a great branch with superior customer service should do business here. Recently I had a concern and Janki actually listened to me instead of cutting me off with a predetermined standard answer as I usually get at other branches. She has been so helpful and I always leave the branch with peace of mind. It’s also very convenient since it’s just off the highway.

The employees are always great. Took business from US bank and brought it here. I wish I could do all my banking here.

if you like paying fees, use 5/3. this branch had nice people to work with but all banks are like that then they pile on fee after fee.

Horrible management. Froze my rent check for two weeks. Customer service is friendly but that's about it
