I have multiple accounts at Fifth Third, both business and personal. I don't go into my local branch too often but when I do I'm greeted by name. May sound silly but these days that personal touch is great. When I call, sometimes the on-hold can be a little long but in the rare instance I have a problem the customer service is outstanding. Thank you Fifth Third, you have definitely earned my business!

We have banked here for over 20 years. They are always helpful in any and all situation that have come up over the years! People always complain more than compliment, So here is a boost that you deserve for your great Customer service to us over the many years.

Unpleasant experience just after a few seconds I walked in. Employees are cold as ice, feels like they don’t give a rat’s ass about you. Banker (or so she wants to be called) Jetaun Alexander tops it all. Huge customer disrespect. Recommend to find another bank.

The most horrible customer service I have ever seen. The older woman who is a teller complains every single time I go in there. And the men bankers that sit at the desks act like they don’t want to help you. Switching banks. If you don’t like your job, quit. Or at least be nice to your customers.
