    This bank used to be so wonderful and offer such a sense of community, especially having banked here since I got my first job in high school. Margot, Travis and Melissa has been wonderful through the years but the location continues to lose their wonderful employees, replacing them with rude and sometimes incompetent individuals. Never seeing the same faces and having to struggle every time I want a check cashed takes away from the convenience of having a physical bank location, which has been a major factor in my staying at fifth third.

    You cannot go wrong with this bank. Everyone has been so welcoming and knowledgeable. Angel is by far the most down to earth banker I’ve ever met. I highly recommend them for anything you need!

    Very positive experience with the deposit -- just don't try to get any of your funds out of this bank! The customer service is terrible and rude. I ended up getting in touch with the Regional Manager because i could not get the bank specialist to call me back.... still have not received a call from 5 days ago. Too many banks in the area to be treated like i was!!

    So far it’s been a better experience after the 30 day hump. Still can’t mobile check deposit tho.

    I would suggest people to bank at other locations. The people at this location look down on their customers and does not help you if you have a problem. Their manager Roy should show his customers better service because it is the customers that keeps his position in tact. Margo, is a follower and not a leader. She received the OK to assist me, but then Roy came in and said no. I moved to town and my card was stolen. I was stuck in a horrible position, because someone charged a bunch of things to my card and I didn't have a way to deposit my future funds in my account to pay my bills. This bank had the authority to assist one of their customers, yet chose not to do so. These two need to be replaced with people who have hearts of compassion. You never know when you may need help from someone.

    My husband made a payment on his credit card account before the due date. Imagine our surprise when we get a call 11 days later from their collections center stating that we haven't made payment and they have accessed a late fee. This is bad because our account is 0% interest for a specified period, as long as the payments are made on time. We gave the caller the information from the receipt and he told us WE needed to do the leg work because they would just keep callling! He told us in his opening statement the conversation might be recorded. I hope it was because after my husband stated the payment was made at the local branch, he responded, "... a payment by mail takes 7-10 days!" I have read the positive blogs for this branch which gives me hope that they will be able to resolve this matter quickly. The agent I spoke with was courteous and promised me a return call today. They have already called back (within an hour) and stated everything will be corrected. A problem with how the payment was applied. Guess we'll have to wait and see if we receive anymore calls from collections and if the next statement shows the corrections.

    Literally a terrible bank. Won't reverse your service charge after you've tried closing the account via private message center. Also not that great of interest rates on loans. S Nasty sassy customer service, too.

    The manager, Roy, is VERY helpful and personable. He went out of his way to help out in an unusual situation. Conveniently located near Stonehenge shopping center & neighborhood.

    They charge $12 to cash a check. I understand a fee, but that is extortion.
