Helen R. was so helpful! She got us set up with two accounts and gave a thorough rundown of everything. Helen was super friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease. Totally recommend doing your banking with her if possible!

12 years with Fifth Third bank. Business account. Overdraft for $120. Over $400 in fees in short time. Have to make many calls to get reversed. There are better options.

I never give any bad reviews even it's really bad tho, but today I have to say it. I walked in, waiting a little bit and the lady at the reception counter call me, I came to and told her I need money change and I gave her my debit card, she holds it on her hand then she glanced me, her eyes look like judging me. She needs my ID, I gave it to her gently and she reports something on system. After everything done, she threw my card and ID down to the counter and counting the money I need " ... $... honey!" there's nothing to say if her tone voice and her attitude normally, but no ... it was like "now you can take your money and leave, I'm done with you and I don't want to see you at my work place". She's the only lady mainly at the reception counter, I won't tell her name up here, but I hope the owner know who I'm talking about and please tell her she needs a class to train her personality.

The only reason they have a 1 star is because I have to give it otherwise I would rate them a “0.” The professionalism in this particular bank is horrible and they have a “Karen” who thinks she can treat people the way she does. They allow their employees to treat you as if you are a criminal. There is too much going on in this world for folks to act in the manner that they do. They really need to have better training in how they handle every individual person.

The staff are welcoming, helpful and efficient.
