Fifth Third Bank & ATM Chastain Rd, Kennesaw

I was a little disappointed with this bank and dont feel secure with my money with this bank. I had my wallet taken and there is no way to lock your debit card online or the app. So they was able to take and process a few transactions before I was able to close card. Dont have my card the fraudster was able to clean my account they said 6 business days before I got my money in my account. They send all my bill payments back because my account is overdrawn. They make feel like a criminal when I was the one who was the victim. Like we have to investigate before we can do anything. My other banks closed and rushed my cards and placed the funds into my account so I was able to live. Please use them with caution so u made feel very uncomfortable.

DO NOT BANK HERE. I opened an account with this location because they provide KSU with so much support and claim to be a great option to students. However, since I opened my account I have had NOTHING but problems such as random unknown holds from a "back office" placed on my account (causing my rent to be late more than once!!!), settings to my account being changed without notice (such as overdraft protection), and to top it all off, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The customer service is so bad not only do I dread going into the bank, but I would have closed my account based on that alone if the other problems had not also occurred. Fifth Third, I'm done with you, and I hope this review saves other college students and locals from falling into the same trap that I did.

I normally refrain from writing negative reviews, but Fifth Third Bank has the absolute worst customer service I have encountered in my lifetime, so I feel obligated to share my experience. This review is not about any particular banking location, but about the customer service you recieve when calling in with a concern or inquiry. The customer service reps hired by Fifth Third Bank are discourteous, unprofessional, and condescending. Please think twice before using Fifth Third Bank for your banking or financing needs. I am so thankful I refinanced my autoloan with USAA. USAA is a much better option all around, and every single employee of theirs genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. They are a breath of fresh air after dealing with Fifth Third Bank.

Scott Sanders is THE MAN! I had a question about my loan and a payment that had been issued. He went the extra mile and called all down the list of people in Cincinnati to get the answer to my question. I was very impressed and thankful for his punctuality. He deserves a 10% raise! :)

I unfortunately did not catch the name of the clerk that assisted me, but they were simply fantastic. Recently crashed my car and I'm having to deal with the hurdles of collecting the necessary information for gap insurance to cover the remainder of my loan, and The manager that assisted me could not have been friendlier. Top notch customer service, I've been coming to this branch for close to 4 years now and it's always been phenomenal.

Poor policies and customer service. Require way too much personal information, including place of work, social, and driver license, to just cash a check. Felt as if I was being scammed for my info which they do not need and can sell without my knowledge. Do not recommend banking here with so many other better alternatives right across the street that do not horde people's information needlessly and have legitimate policies in place.

Ridiculous policies. They want my drivers licence and social so I can make check deposits and cash deposit and get change back on a company account. It's not like I'm withdrawing anything. I've been making deposits for businesses for over 5 years at many different banks and I have never encountered this.

Don't use the outdoor ATM! It's kept my card while depositing money before, and it's ridiculously slow! Tonight, I tried to deposit with two separate amounts of cash, the first was 37 one's, and it only said there was $20, I pressed the return button, and it only gave me back $20 back and kept the rest. I counted the second amount of cash three times before I inserted it, and it was $285 in mixed bills, it said there was only $275, and once again when I clicked return it only gave me $275 and kept the extra $10 that I know for sure was put in. I'll be changing banks tomorrow, once I get my money back.

Not sure about these other reviews, but I’ve had nothing but great service from this location! Scott is by far the best banker I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with!
