Fifth Third Bank & ATM S Oak Park Ave, Oak Park

Whether you go in the middle of the day on a weekday, 2 hours before closing on a weekday or on a Saturday, you'll be waiting FOREVER because the Oak Park branch at Oak Park and Harrison doesn't staff up. It's always one teller. Period. There could be four people standing in line (like today) and you will wait 10-15 minutes, minimum. And if you need a personal banker, don't bother trying to talk to one without an appointment. You will get ZERO help. You'll be told you should make an appointment. Are there any other personal bankers working who can help? Nope - just one and she has an appointment, so you will wait even longer only to be turned away. It's a wonder this place manages to stay open. Stay away!!!

I wish I could give them NO stars! The Oak Park Branch is terrible. If you need banking service drive to the Berwyn branch. The Oak Park team is very unfriendly unhelpful unprofessional. They make mistakes all mortgage paperwork, don’t care,,, . The don’t to help at all. Take my advice go see Paul in Berwyn.

This bank is the worst,the system they have set up discriminates against black people ,i got a 700 credit score and was denied a credit card because they say i had a over draft,had a 60 month car loan paid it in 48 months then applied for another loan got denied. Smh

I came in this bank on Monday March 28 with a cashiers check from Liberty bank on Roosevelt in forest park. The lady yesterday told me it wouldn’t clear till April 6. I was under the assumption a cashiers check was as good as cash and would only require a call to the bank to verify. Can someone please tell why this bank is the only bank that whole a check that many days and it was issued by a bank and it’s not a personal check. This is very confusing and I went over the bank policy. Nothing in it said a cashiers check should take that long.

I went to withdraw and the teller didn't like or something so she called the Manager a black guy with actitude then can I see another IDs, like if you don't like working with customer service or you are angry they should simply be fired or quit, so happy and willing people can WORK.

This bank is a fraud they steal customers money and shut down accounts they all need to be fired. They even asked why did I come to this location.

My initial meeting with the business account associate was great - she was knowledgeable, patient and helpful.
