Customer Service hasn't been the same since Paris and Rob left. When my account was compromised and red flagged, Paris was there to help me with the process of making sure that I was enrolled in an identity theft protection at 53rd. And whenever I had question and concerns about my account or anything pertaining to banking issues, Rob was always patient and kind in his assistance. They made banking with 53rd a good experience. I miss them.

Very rude walked in no one said anything to me no 1 directed me to the front to be helped no 1 spoke to me I had to speak 1st then the next person that walked in after me got a hello and a very warm welcome and was directed to the front desk very disappointing

Came in looking for help with financial documents needed to purchase a home. Brittany was wonderful and went above and beyond my expectations. Fifth Third Bank is the best banking experience I have had, while it’s true that you need to find someone that you have a rapport with, overall i have had good experiences with the bank, Tony has been a great help, and the banking products are good for my needs.
