    I have been a 5/3 client for over 30 years. About 2 years ago I switched my point of service to the Euclid branch. I have never been more pleased with my banking experience. The employees are intelligent, capable and make every effort to be helpful. Management is equally professional and available, only steps away at any time. Great people, great bank.

    It is true that the bank is a little "old school" and could improve some of their services, especially as regards their business accounts but the people at this branch are so nice that I would rather put up with some of the inconveniences than go elsewhere. I wish they had Saturday hours but that is a minor inconvenience. The sign should be on the other side of the building too!!

    THE WORST BRANCH LOCATION TO DO BUSINESS WITH! Very unorganized and honestly in my opinion could care less about giving good customer service. You would think after 3 reorders of my debit card I would have it by now..but nope still waiting, and just yesterday they offered to over night it..where was this opinion 3 weeks ago? What ever you do don't order anything through them you'll be waiting months on something that's not even coming.

    ******* AWFUL AND HIDEOUS BANK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE****** ........THIS BRANCH ON EAST WASHINGTON STREET IS THE WORST ! .......RUN BY INCOMPETENT NASTY WHITE TRASH AND A BIG FAT UGLY NASTY INCOMPETENT BLACK FEMALE. .........I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 5TH3RD BANK TO ANY DECENT PERSON.

    EDITED - posted original 2 weeks ago... GOT ANOTHER EMAIL TODAY... THIS IS RIDICULOUS. (6.12.19) Disclaimer: I never write reviews so this speaks VOLUMES of my experience with this bank. I have NEVER come across such an incompetent business in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was set up for a personal and business account and had issues from the start (like being set up for bank accounts where I'd have fees pulled out each month for using the damn bank... something you should DEFINITELY tell someone before taking their money & creating an account - each month having to call for them to put the fee back into my account and each month they apologized yet again because they couldn't "stop it from coming out"). This happened with BOTH accounts & working with various individuals among this branch. Everyone was very nice, but the level of competency is questionable for bank. I cancelled my accounts months ago and am still receiving emails to pay a bill (you can't unsubscribe because you need an account to "change your alerts" which I can't do because I cancelled by accounts). I have called them 10 times about this issue; each time, someone different telling me I'm off the list and won't get bothered again - the most recent time an employee informed me I was still listed as accepting emails - AFTER saying take me off this email alert & list 9 TIMES before... AND I just got another damn email saying to pay the bill that doesn't exist. My family has also had a terrible experience (and has since apologized for referring me to this god awful bank). My family used them for a line of credit (for only $40K - mere pennies in the finance world - I say this as coming from someone who worked in finance...). The process for getting approved for "pennies" has been a sh*t show to say the least. Had it not been a loss with where they were in the process, they would've gotten a line of credit elsewhere. The team messed up on the paperwork, called my mother on vacation (multiple times), and told her she needed a signature on the document but that they couldn't do docusign for various reasons (which is such a joke - and I worked in finance over 4 years ago using docusign - that's how old school they are &, not to mention, my family was able to get 12X that amount over the phone with a different financial institution for some other finance venture they were doing - again no problem with another bank...just this one). I will reiterate that the employees are really personable and really kind, but how this bank operates is archaic. Seriously. You should never leave a client feeling like this ESPECIALLY when you could have had referrals and a personal & business account for myself. I will make sure to tell everyone I know my experience and recommend my clients to do business elsewhere.

    Worst possible bank choice ever. I am so glad that it's just my company that banks here, and that I do not have to interact with these employees on a more regular basis. Abrasive, uncaring service every single time I visit this location. And today....as it was my turn to be served, the teller who's window I stepped up to simply left her station, without saying a word. A manager had to indicate to another employee that they should probably help me. Long story short: Avoid this bank at all costs.
