This place is one of my favorite branch. Had my account open here since 2008. Friendly staffs. I want to thank Jimmy he resolve an issue last month. The problem was 53 online staff mix all of my accounts under my twin brother and he even told her we're 2 different people. Obviously she didn't listen and now I had to deal with the mess. Called this branch and Jimmy went above and beyond and took care of my issue. Kudos to Jimmy he deserves a raise and a promotion.

This is my favorite fifth third bank location. Everyone is always very nice and helpful right when you walk in. Lily takes care of my transactions quickly, and takes time to ask about my family all the time. The manager, Jeremy Benberry is the best person to have leading that branch. He helps small business owners like myself and treats everyone fairly no matter how big or small their accounts may be. Good job to everybody there.

We stopped by to introduce our new business, The Joint Chiropractic, and say hello to a local business. Dustin, the manager, was very friendly and made us feel welcome. If we did not have an account with another bank, I would have felt very comfortable doing business with them. I recommend this bank that has a home town feel to it.

extremely unhelpful putting unnecessary holds on checks FROM AN EMPLOYER FOR 10 DAYS. Bank rep named Kevin at the lincoln ave branch was just extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. wouldnt recommend this bank to ANYONE.

Extremely poor service. I have an appointment at 1 pm Saturday. I reached the bank at 1pm and waited for 1 hour till 2 PM, and at the end the employees said to come on Monday. What a joke? I have traveled around 1 hour to open an account but this is hopeless. Very unexpected and unprofessional service. Ruined my day

The tellers are very helpful and I do feel welcomed every visit I am there very kind and ready to help you with anything......but the only thing that I don’t like is I been going to this bank for nearly two years and every time I deposit a check in the atm with the same employer for The two years I get a 10 day hold like I have time to wait 10 more days to get paid hopefully fifth third changes that soon cause it is a hassle that why I put the 4 stars but besides that the employees are awesome as always my only complaint is against fifth third not the employees that work there . Thanks for everything 🤙

The worst bank experience. It is not about the fifth third bank , it is about this branch. People here are very rude and not helping.Stay away from this Bank!
