I was greeted by the friendly staff when I entered and was given a friendly farewell as I left. Bibiana Chavez the manager was the agent that did my taxes. I am extremely satisfied by her work. She's knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely do my taxes there again.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now and received nothing but excellent service. I was helped by Crystal Placencia both years and all I can say is she’s the best. She never rushes us, she’s always double checking and making sure everything is accurate on paper. She even walks us out the door which I really liked. She answers all my questions too, so my family will start coming here from now on as well as myself.
