Field and Main Bank N Main St, Henderson

This bank hired someone to clean. The person they hired doesn’t like to pay his employees and the bank refuses to do anything about it. My original review was removed. Fire that third party for abusing his power. How are you comfortable keeping someone who doesn’t pay the people who keep your trashcans from overflowing with fast food trash? Or does it not matter because it’s not your paycheck? Field and Main employs Curtis knowing full well he doesn’t pay employees or “waits” to give anyone a w4 then threatens said employees when they demand payment.

Field & Main always goes above and beyond for their clients and the banking center is always not only clean, but fun and festive during holidays as well. They are also very community oriented. Connie in particular always takes great care of my clients!

Carl Powers did a great job getting us set up. We opened our business accounts and a personal account. Would highly recommend them to any business owners.

Absolutely abysmal bank. Their ATM's never seem to work, they never want to reply to your Requests about your log in information for their mobile app, and it is ridiculous that you can only take out multiples of $20 from their ATM's when everywhere else Offers multiples of $10 as an option. Highly recommend going to any other bank other than this one. I have been with this bank through multiple main changes but the way it is Currently run is without a doubt inexcusable. Will definitely be looking into changing banks ASAP.

My family and I have been customers of Field & Main Bank (formerly Ohio Valley National Bank) since the early 90's and we are always so pleased with the service we receive. The Field & Main team does a great job!

After 10 plus years of banking, i will be closing 4 accounts and moving them elsewhere. For the past year i have had multiple issues with this bank and there is zero customer service since Brad Hazelwood is no longer there. I used to call and instantly Brad knew me by my voice and would do whatever needed to be done joyfully. No longer, I had another issue with a mobile deposit where the account number was keyed in incorrectly by Field and Main so they charge me a returned item fee and want to send me a copy of the photo in order for me to send it back to them in order for them to deposit it again rather than take the image they have in front of them and correct their mistake. Does this make sense to anyone else? Terrible customer service!!

A great place to bank. You actually get a receptionist when you call instead of having to push a button to get to someone.
