I sold a piece of property in Tubac, AZ in early spring 2021. I carried a note for the buyers until they could get their financing to build. I hired Fidelity National Title account servicing department to manage the holdback and issue payments accordingly. It has been nothing less than a headache. The troll that enters the payments is totally inept. The buyer has consistently made principal payments every other month in addition to the scheduled monthly loan payment. Over the past 10 months, 5 of the payments received have been allocated incorrectly by Fidelity National Title staff. Each time I had to call and have the corrections made. In hindsight, I would have been better off managing the loan by myself, Lord knows I could do a better job. If you’re looking for professionalism and attention to detail this isn’t the place. Keep looking!

I'm purchasing a properly, closing by Fidelity National Title Ms. Barbi Stewart. With professional experience, Ms. Barbi Stewart feels something wrong about my document. and did additional research immediately. She find out, on my LLC partnership co. has no my name listed on government official record. That mean, I paying for a property that will not belong to me!!! No only helped me to avoid a big mistake to purchase property . Ms. Barbi Stewart also saved me from a possible business partnership trap. So excellent job to Protect customer's investment. High recommend the knowledgeable dependable dedicated professional business.

This office is run by idiots. I would jot trust them to do anything right. First they say they have my escrow check then they say it never arrived then miraculously suddenly they say oh it just arrived today. Then things end up not working out. A week goes by no return of my escrow money. My realtor reached out multiple times and they never responded. Now almost 2 wks since canceling contract and they are just now saying they will mail it out. I would never go with them and if a seller wants them it would make me tell them to switch title companies

I have a property purchase escrowed by Fidelity National Title Ms. Barbi Stewart . after closing, the mail of deed and $10000 deposit refund stolen from my mail box. Ms. stop check payment immediately and re-send it to me. did all job on her weekend. Ms. Barbi Stewart gives extra help, extra cost, extra service, with no extra charge, no extra fee. This last month has been a wakeup. I'd have understood if they communicated with me that they were busy instead of pretending like they were going to get things done, then blowing me off for weeks at a time. I guess I'll start using a new title company.

The only contact ever made was contact I initiated myself. They threw my finance officer under the bus blaming him for issues. They added a mobile notary and the charge to my final Disclosure documents and Never communicated the information. If I were a realtor or if I ever work with one again I will avoid this title company.

Very clean, they explained the paperwork we needed to sign and promptly got us taken care of once we went inside. All staff wearing gloves and masks with sanitizer for all visitors. Also thoroughly cleaning and barriers to keep all safe in this pandemic.

My EXPERIENCE with this Fidelity Office was VERY EXPENSIVE . Not only was the communication with Fidelity horrible (read non existent). In the end their Escrow Officer ignored instructions, which caused me to lose several thousands of dollars. If you are an investor I can not recommend this Title Agency
