What made my experience great is from the beginning there was a level of professionalism established the carried on through the entire process. Kurtis, is a well spoken and kept gentleman that truly cares for you and does his best to guide you through this process and get you into a home you can afford. With the tools available the him and his team; communicating was very easy and limited the travel I needed to make. Him and his team are very efficient and bring to the table years of experience all the while making you feel you matter as a customer with prompt replies! If you don't quite fit their checkboxes, we'd recommend you work with someone else. It all came out fine in the end, but unnecessary stress the day of closing and 80+ documents later had us regretting choosing Fidelity.

Was recommended to use this place by the seller. Dealt with the owner/manager James Pulsipher. He assured us that all of the cost to fix up the home could be rolled into the final loan. We kept records and receipts for everything as he instructed. When closing came he couldn't do what he originally said he would and could only do the loan for the purchase amount not including all the money we had spent to make the house pass inspection to be able to live there. The realtor said that the home would be sold to someone else and all the money spent renovating would be a loss. Had to take out a huge loan from a family member as overextended at that point, to cover what was spent, and still ended up closing through fidelity to get the deal done. Refinanced through another company right away as even the rate given through fidelity wasn't good at the time. Would not have dealt with them at all if there wasn't a deadline. Why James promised this would be easy and then absolutely did nothing to help us was bizarre. He clearly cared only about his commission and not helping a customer. Terrible experience that nearly cost our family hundreds of thousands of dollars and our home.

While I did not have the occasion to work with James directly, I found his staff to be proactive & highly communicative, making the loan and closing process very smooth and on-time. I was simultaneously refinancing another property with Bay Equity and the 2 offices worked smoothly together to minimize the amount of work on my end providing the necessary documents. Sold my loan the day it closed. No heads up to my wife or I whatsoever. Sold it to JP Morgan, whom I would never deal with by choice. I was finally sent a letter almost 3 weeks later. Today when I checked my bank account (unrelated) I saw four charges from JP Morgan, I never set up any direct withdraw from them. Also, the charges make no sense and have no explanation. Had Charlie Beagle let me know he was selling the loan I could have contact JP Morgan and set up whatever I needed to, plus I'd have the ability to know why I was being charged. Do not go to Fidelity Mortgage, just go to a bank, they will just sell the loan to the bank in the end anyway. Can't get anyone on the phone. This company is super shady, do not trust them.
