I have banked with the Fidelity Bank for over 60 years. I’m very well pleased with all the services I’ve used. If I have any questions whatsoever Brooke is my go- to girl. She’s always more than willing to help me with anything. Banking at the Biscoe branch is like being with family. Everyone is so nice & friendly...I’m always greeted with a big smile! WOW!! Let me tell you about my wonderful experience at this branch. I was greeted by the nicest blonde haired young lady, I was reminded of Goldilocks and the three bears. But this super nice young lady, Tiffany, did not steal my porridge. She cashed my check and was so professional and polite. If I would have had a bowl of porridge I would have gladly given it to her, instead i gave her a polite smile and a thank you. I will most definitely return and hopefully she will wait on me again!
