Fidelis Catholic Credit Union Wadsworth Blvd, Arvada

Something has changed about this credit unions ATM usage that has really upset me. It now has a fee, which is really stupid because I can go to just about ANY other credit unions ATM and withdrawl money from their ATM FOR FREE. Even though I don't have an account with them and am withdrawing the money from my fidelis account. Yet, when I go to a fidelis ATM at my own branch, I'm changed a $2 fee for using their ATM. Even greedy US banks that are not credit unions don't have withdrawl fees when you withdrawl money from your account with them when using one of their ATMs. What the heck Fidelis?

I strongly suggest you go elsewhere for your banking needs. I have been with them for 15yrs when they were Northwest united before it was called Fidelis. I have brought them a lot of business. They feel it is okay to be rude and belittling when they ask me to help co-sign a loan for someone. Very nice one day, super rude and off putting the next. They have little to no customer service. Constantly changing tellers like they can't keep people. Do NOT bank with them.

The employees are courtious and professional but nice doesn't cut it when they are unable to provide the same level of service as larger banks and credit unions. (limited hours and limited online support). Was traveling abroad and had an unexpected need for withdrawal of funds, kept me on hold during the short window of time that they're open and ended up having to hang up because I didn't want my phone bill to exceed the amount of money I would need to withdrawal.

This place is the best place to bank!!! The bankers are all wonderful and So helpful. They even will help you if your handicapped! Never grumpy. I strongly suggest this credit union. Located in Northglenn. In with The church.

The customer service is not what it used to be. There is a loan officer there that is condescending to women. I will not get my next car loan here if I have to deal with this loan officer. The new remodel is cold and uninviting to customers. I much prefer the old open feel of this place. I think the new name is stupid. What was wrong with the old name.

I've had fairly good luck here except checking balances on cc. Family banks here for better than 35 years. Good friendly service typical of a small bank. They remember you. No problems. Also I want too mention I'm glad there not like bigger banks and credit unions which are to often to big for their britches and rare to see sunlight past their upturned noses. Don't like small town bank somewhere else I like the speed of this hometown bank. Not much small town left in Arvada.

I've been banking here for 10-12 years now. Overall, they're a very good place to bank. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only issue with them is the fact that it's nearly impossible to get a loan officer on the phone the first time you call in for one, and just about as impossible to get them to call you back, which is really annoying.

This is not a good bank. They have had trouble with drict deposits 4 times now. When you call they are rude and just down right unprofessional. They do nothing to help when there system fails. The money is there and they are holding it hosting. They don't care people need food and in this time this is uncalled for. Do not come to this bank..

The credit union is very professional. Employees are hospitable and courteous. Help is always available and quick with answers. I would recommend anyone become a member.
