    My husband, mother and grandfather have been going to Fernie for many years. I always know my taxes will be done correctly and I will receive the credit I deserve. This year we ran into a problem with claiming my stepdaughter due to her mother claiming her on the wrong year. Fernie is helping us with an amendment so we get the credit we’re supposed to.     DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I needed help filling out an addendum to my already filed taxes. The receptionist told me to wait in the front and just went and got some other person whom just told me “you have to figure out the percentages”. I was willing to pay for the help I needed. I had called the previous day asking if I would be helped at this office and I explained my situation. I work nights so I do not have time to waste. Like I said, do not waste your time with these people. They don’t care about their clients or customer service.
