First time I ever been able to go in and come straight out I've enjoyed it and the gentleman is very sweet and nice and polite

Worst banking ever. Gave me 5 defective cards over 4 weeks. After my most recent visit. The reps at the window blamed me for my cards not working even after i was told by member services that the cards were defective

They charge you for everything.. if your checking account is 0 but have money in your savings, they charge you 3.00 every transaction to pull YOUR money out your savings to go into the checking.. ready to change banks.

The app is useless, I'm trying to run a business using this bank that's useless they only wanna issue 1 card useless running a business 3 trucks 1000 a day spending limit useless

I have used this bank a very long time and I have been a very loyal customer I have always payed my loan note on time even payed my car off there but Everytime I need to just renew my loan they turn me down and take $15 dollars out of my account to check my credit score that's wrong I needed to borrow money not them take money from me it would be different if I didn't pay my note on time they get it every month out of my account but God will take care of me u all need to look at the ones that been with u all a very long time I am sick with the covid-19 virus I asked just to renew my loan but no they wouldn't help me at all I don't know and I don't care what u are looking at but u all get your money always from me and I am a very good customer But that a good way to lose a good customer

I gave one star because there is no option to leave zero stars. This company is the worst ever. They constantly change things with no warning at all. My card has expired multiple times without them sending me another. I had to go into a physical location just for them to give me a temporary card which they tried to make me pay for. Recently they switched card issuers without warning so my card stopped working again. Will have to wait 5-7 business days for another to mail out. Which I’m still not sure that i will get because the last time i was ordered a card it never came after 7 tries hence the reason i had to go into a location and get a temporary card which i have been still using today til it stopped working. Not too mention i have been using this temporary card for a year. So believe me when i say this. You should not consider opening a checking account with this company. It’s just inconvenience after inconvenience.
