FCB Banks S Illinois St, Belleville

I've had a great experience with FCB Banks. Doug has been excellent to work with and is super attentive. I'd recommend them to anyone. They're local and small enough to make it a personal experience.

Do not trust your hard earned money to FCB Banks in Belleville, IL. their bill pay banking system is a TOTAL SHAM. Even Rodney (the man who assured me he would correct FCB's mistake) does not follow through with a promise! VERY 'SKETCHY' banking practices!!!! I REGRET TRUSTING this bank with my money!!

I was teferred by HUD to this bank. I will not trust them again. After working with them for months and complying with all their req a day before second clising date i was denied over what they termed a blemish. They also had me let my new out of state employer know they would be calling to vetify employment earnings for a mortgage in this state i was let go since they had verification i would be moving out of state. Long story short lost my money, my new job and they could care less.

Great bank with little or no stupid fees and excellent hours, for a bank. They will work with you if a fee is charged out of the ordinary (e.g. you are fiscally responsible and accidentally overdraft). If you are a repeat offender, of course the bank will collect a fee. Financial organizations typically don't lend money for free in the United States.
