Not a good experience with the lady who called. She wasn’t kind, or understanding. She dismissed me before even talking to me. Not sure why the good reviews here… It’s possible I’m writing this about the wrong location though. If so, I’ll remove it.

I am a customer with the Monticello, Florida Location. I am writing this review about the tireless and dedicated service I have continually received from Ms. Donna Powell. I have been with this organization since April 2018. During that period of time I have observed Ms. Donna Powell sometime run that office by herself with little or no help. She has continually went above and beyond her call of duty. I have done administration over thirty five years and I must admit that she has proven to be the hardest working Woman I have ever came in contact with in the administration field including men. Her service is exemplary and should be noted by the company in which she works for. I would love to have her on my team any day because she gives 110 percent every day. Again, I would like for the management from bottom to top to know that Ms. Donna is the best Customer Service Representative I have ever witnessed in my over thirty five years of being in the Customer Business. Ms. Donna I want to personally thank you for the quality service you have given over the past almost eighteen months. You are truly what we need in the Administration Division. Job Well Done. This place is the best!! I have been a customer for a few years now and Donna is always kind and courteous. She has had to put up with a lot and always does it with a smile on her face. This place would not be what it is without her!!!

Again, I don’t get the 5 stars, they must be paying people... Super rude phone call (after avoiding them for three days I decided to hear them out). Go to your bank if you need a loan? Don’t let bullies get all your info to let you borrow 300.00 at 100% interest for a week. Lol

This office has shown me quality and professionalism while servicing me. I must admit that Ms Donna is an outstanding manager that displays courtesy and respect to each customer she serve. She has taken each worker under her and ensured they was trained to standard. I want the entire leadership to know that all services received have been top notch and beyond reproach.

My experience was great. Nice cool environment and detailed customer service. The young woman (Donna) was very informative and explained the process step by step not to mention the office smelled wonderful, lol!

I love going here...it's convenient for me and I love the staff their... they're friendly and helpful...Donna is a staff member there and I just love her...she always have a smile on her pretty face..😘
