this place is full of crooks that try to profit off of those who are in poverty during desperate times I took a brand-new hundred-dollar tablet into their store asking only $20 and they offered me ten I have some cadetes de 15 I said I know you're going to sell it for at least sixty nine and they said no will probably sell it for about 20 and I said what how about the one that's exactly identical to mine exact same brand and model that you have on your floor on sale right now for $69 and then they said oh oh oh well that one is because we gave a higher loan on it anyway they were rude inconsiderate discourteous and I can honestly say I will never go there again even if it meant me starving

This is the most unfriendly pawn shop ever. When i walked in the store i got looked at very weird. It took them about 5 min to come talk to me and the white lady that works there is very snobby. I would not come to this one A1 is better than this one.

Went in to buy a firearm and everyone was extremely helpful and even helped me by lowering the price! If anyone’s looking for anything I would definitely recommend this place, the selection is great, the employees are honest and willing to work with you and overall it’s a great shop! Keep it up guys!

They have been posting on Craigslist; Doing a bait and switch scam on lawn mowers and other items. This last Saturday I found a Honda hr215 lawn mower listed on craigslist, when I got there there was a honda lawn mower, but clearly not the one I had called about. I got upset, and told them that was dishonest, and to pull the ad down as it is false advertisement and is misleading. They wont stay in business long doing things like this. Staffed by 100% Stupidos who dont care about anything or anyone but themselves. Same story for the sister store on Hemphill, but with musical instrument equipment. They have now been reported to the state.

I was sold a lawnmower that they got to start up at the pawn shop and I got it home and it didn’t work. I attempted to take it back and got a very rude an unprofessional reaction from the sales attendant. I didn’t get my money back and I am stuck with a useless lawnmower. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I will never return to do any business with Fast Cash Pawn Shop. I was sold a piece of junk.

Extremely helpful staff. I love these guys. The owner is down to earth and easy to work with. The manager at always helpful, cheerful and greets everyone coming in the shop. Thanks guys for always looking out for me too!

Got a xbox 360 from this place today, system works no flaws so far but wasted at least 10 bucks in the included price, which was about 50 or 60 but got it knocked down a bit, for a busted controller (baby pink was includeded). They showed the system worked but never did a test run with actual game play, meaning they knew the controller was iffy from the start and totally neglected to mention or change it out. Un-professional, very distracted workers, and ruined our plans for a game night. Disappointed and will not be a return customer in the future and will be going back to return this p.o.s controller for money back and go to a different place for a controller that works.

Had a really positive expirence today when stopping to look at jewlery. The man that helped me was patient and took the time to answer my questions. He wasn’t pushy at all. Lots of beautiful rings,bracelets, and necklaces.

Great place to shop, always get great deals on tools and electronics. Staff is super friendly.
