The older staff is fine. The younger staff are horrible. Macho, "king of the castle" superior attitude. Clearly no passion or pride in his efforts there. Whole time I was in there I was made to feel they'd prefer I just leave. No acknowledgement or even eye contact when I walked in. Too busy trying to act cool trying to impress female coworker behind the counter.

They only offered $5 on a 1000$ 24k gold rig because they didnt know how to test it. I know it's worth more as I have gotten a loan on it before and purchased it from a key jeweler but the staff is so dumb and dont know anything about gold and jewelry.

This place is a total rip off!! This used to be a good place. Now I guess they are under new management. The guy literally offered me $15 for something selling for 100 to $300.

I strolled in there while at the strip mall. The staff was friendly and told me to look around. I found some cool earbuds without a charger and they gave me a great price. I also scored a few dvds that I wanted to complete a series. I am picky about customer service however they were all great. Date of service Feb 2020.

Tried to get a 30 day loan on a welding machine of mine. They told me my $700 welder was "worth $300 new on ebay." So I looked on eBay on my smart phone and all of the same welders USED were 600 and up. Dont lie to me... And dont try to swindle me. I'm not an idiot.

Don't ever pawn anything here if you plan on getting it back. Incompetent service. Did a pawn on 2 watches. Came back a week later and my watches were in the case for sale. Then they would not admit that they made a mistake. Got my watches back and will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING.
