Received calls from Austin to come on in to get a loan. Finally made the time today & he was very professional! Very outspoken, positive encouraging, excellent customer service & I got everything I needed today! It honestly couldn't have went any better! HAPPY CUSTOMER!

This place is exceptional at making you feel at home, and taking all the stress you had walking in and just getting rid of it. I walked in not knowing what to expect and Dale was there to greet me and help through the process. He was by himself but managed to answer the phone any time it rang and there were 2 other loans ahead of mine. He got them and myself done on a very fast and timely fashion, made sure every question I had was answered completely before walking me to the door with my check! Now that customer service!!! Highly highly recommend Dale to anyone needing cash fast!!

What a nice place to deal with! I don’t know about other people but when I had to take out a title loan on my vehicle it was because of a family emergency. I was already stressed because of this. Maria helped answer all of my questions on the phone regarding what I needed to do the loan and how things worked. She was lovely to deal with right from the start. When I got in to do the paperwork Mike put me right at ease and explained everything I needed to understand so I knew what l was signing and committing to. While I was there, the big boss (Brian) was touching up small areas of the paint on the wall and taking care of cleaning up the outer areas of the building while Maria and Mike were helping customers. It gave the feel that they actually cared about their business and the customers experience. Everyone was so pleasant to speak with and made me nearly forget how stressed I was when I came in. I would HIGHLY recommend this title loan place over others. I’ve only ever dealt with one other in town. The difference in the level of respect I was shown as a client here was amazing compared to the other company.

Not only was Harper completely outstanding with her service, her supervisor Dale went above and beyond to make me and my wife feel welcomed and comfortable during the whole process. Not once did I feel pressured to proceed with my loan, and was throughly explained each step of the process.

They helped me get money for my car when nobody else would! Excellent customer service, everything explained thoroughly and smoothly.
