I am new to Mountain City and went in to open a new account this week. I have never met such a fine, more helpful and friendly staff anywhere. Doing business there is a pleasure, I look forward to visiting with the ladies again soon. I highly recommend!

The atm processed my card and charged my bank for the money that did not dispense so now I have to do a dispute and freeze my own account for a minimum of 10 to 14 days because of there screw up. Tom the guy over the atm didn't have much of a clue about anything, but he told me this morning that the atm was over the amount of cash that it did not give me yesterday. Instead of fixing this problem and returning the money stole from me. Now I have to go with out any money for 10 to 14 days because of a frozen account because of an atm dispute. ..what a joke I recommend to anyone not to use the atm and defiantly don't ask tom for help....just makes it worse..I would have give a negative 5 but it wouldn't let me. So anyone who reads this I wouldn't use there atm because it will still your 💰
