I always have had excellent and most friendly service in my many years of banking at FSB Waupaca. Many thanks.

I go through the auto bank at Farmers State Bank pretty much every day for work. The staff are extremely friendly and always greet me by name. They deserve a pat on the back for a job well done!

They are always friendly and helpful at the Auto Bank. The only issue is they like my dog more than me. But I am used to it. Everyone does

Apparently this bank doesn’t require anyone to validate or check the date on checks wrote out to businesses. I wrote a check post dated for a pay day and they cashed it a week before it was supposed to be and my bank wound up giving me overdraft fees. Called the bank and they wouldn’t do anything for me except tell me to contact who cashed the check. My understanding has always been you can’t cash a check until the date on the check. Awesome

I had the pleasure of attending the Money Smart workshops last month. What an excellent program. I learned so much and they were so willing to answer any questions. Everyone should take this program. Your money is not safe here. I had an account here i closed today due to being billed wrongly by another company, and when i did not have the funds Farmers Bank charged me TWO NSF fees of $25 each. The painfully funny part of that, that if they had just honored the debit, it would have only put me at $1.23 in the negatives. But no, now i owe farms bank $50 dollars for something that wasn't my fault. THey won't refund or negotiate, they don't care. I could go after this other business, however i doubt they'll reimburse me; they never do. Avoid this place, they are vultures.
