Lowball very picky on stuff. I went there to pawn my daughters red 3ds for a loan was attended by one lady who told me it could be pawned but it needed the charger. I jad gone home and gotten the charger and another woman who clearly didnt knew what i was talking about thought i was trying to sell the handheld console told me i couldnt since it didnt had the serial number. She was very rude her and her co worker who was next to her if they didnt knew what i was talking about why they didnt got the same lady that had previously had talked to me before. Instead assume something i wasnt trying to do. 1# if it couldnt be pawned for a loan why the lady said yes she just made me waste my time for no reason 2# i wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone i know. These ladies clearly dont know what they're doing.it was a waste of my time i wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone i know

Take your own scale. They sold me a 10.1g gold ring and when i got home to weight it, was only 9g.

They will low ball you won't even give you a reasonable amount for a loan. This store will rip you off out of desperation. I went in to get a loan for my digital Gages made from field piece cost new 650 and they only would give me $100 Do not sell your gold there either their are better places like king pawn!!!

This Pawnshop shop is the best in the area, not just because of its prices and quality of the items they sell, also because of the attentions of its sellers, especially the manager Mr. Brandon De la Cruz.

The people in this store sometimes seem like it's their first day working here. They don't even know that the answers they give to certain questions are not even accurate. Sad to find out from the actual owner. The ladies really need more training and experience.
