We just completed the closing of our vacation rental property in Orlando with Family Mortgage, and I have to say, working with Sean and his team has been the best experience I have had with obtaining a mortgage to date. Most times, obtaining a mortgage is worse than going to the dentist for a root canal. The endless paperwork, and requests for more information, makes you feel like a second class citizen. This time with Family Mortgage, the documentation was reasonable, it was done and over with, and not dragged on for days/weeks.
