Family Financial Check Cashing North Ave, Bridgeport

I am giving this place 1 star because when I arrived, 1 there was no one to great me. When the teller finally rushed in I start to sign the check and she tells me I cant take it because my I'd was not from the state. My payment was made late by accident and now I dont have money on hand for basic needs like gloves and mask. It's unfair that I just recently moved and havent had the chance to update my i.d since covid 19 and now all this negligence is causing my family to have to suffer. She just shrugged her shoulders as if in fear of the owner. As a local guide I strive on finding that above and beyond mentality. That customer service that cares for the customer. It's clear this person is just there to get paid and is not essentially doing her part. It's unfair treatment from a couple of factors but all and all could have been handled differently given the situation.

Great service the tellers are helpful and friendly. They offer all sorts of services. Easy parking quick in and out. Highly recommend.
