Rick and Kathy were amazing. Due to issues with the seller and appraiser, I was nervous we wouldn't be able to settle on time. These guys were on top of the process every step of the way. Complete transparency. Consummate professionals. I can't imagine there being a better mortgage company to work with. It came down to the wire. We needed to reschedule settlement for later in the day due to appraiser issues but they got it done.

My wife and I have trusted Rick and Kathy twice now to guide us through the home buying process. As young first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing, or what we were in for. Rick and Kathy took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond to secure us a loan for our first house a few months before our first child was born. The second time around there was no question to who we would go to. We had a little more experience, money, and time and were truly able to appreciate the unbelievable customer service Rick and Kathy offer. I try to leave reviews for businesses that truly standout and I was very impressed with Falcon Mortgage. The customer service provided by Rick/Kathy were outstanding. Even with the large volume of people refinancing, Rick never rushed during our discussions. From the beginning I could tell that he not only wanted my business but actually cared about my best interest. We reviewed different options and he provided multiple quotes so that I could make an educated decision. My interactions with Kathy were brief but just as pleasant. If you ever been through a mortgage process you know timely communication is key. She was very prompt with sending information/documents. Unfortunately refinancing didnt make the most sense in my case. I will say, if I ever have any mortgage needs I will definitely call Falcon Mortgage. Thanks again.

My situation was quite unique. I was in need of refinancing my house in order to fulfill obligations for a divorce. Rick and Kathy made things so easy. Despite some unforeseen financial issues Rick gave me advice which I followed through on them he kept his promise and got in touch with me a few months later to handle my refinancing. I was never more relaxed than with this company. They handled everything talked in simple to understand language and always made sure I understood what was needed. They became like family to me being able to talk and joke around but always getting the job done. Lastly, although refinancing was most important, I was able to accomplish the one thing that has helped me the most...
