Lauren was amazing. She guided us throughout the whole process with patience and wisdom. As a first time home buyers, we didn't really know anything about the process, yet with her patience and willingness to help, we understood everything. She made us do our homework well ahead and for that we had everything ready, which made us to have very smooth underwriting process. She was always there to answer our text messages, phones calls and emails. Even during odd hours like early morning, weekends or late at night. She made sure we knew what we were doing every step, and we felt comfortable. She was giving us the best possible rate and made sure she run every single scenario for us. Our situation was unique due to being business owners, but she exactly knew what we needed to buy a home as business owners. She even wrote awesome buyers recommendation letters. She was real hero in home buying process and we are forever grateful.

Ericka Quichocho was outstanding. We were referred to Ericka from my sister. We were already with another lender but unfortunately, the team there did not seem interested enough to help my family. The realtor was discouraging and the lender got our account and kind of passed us off. But Ericka wasn’t just someone working with a mortgage company she took her time to hear us, our needs and our situation. Then she guided us and educated us on the process. She broke things down for our understanding and always answered any questions no matter the time. My husband and I couldn’t have gotten this far without an amazing team. She didn’t just see numbers, she saw a couple willing to do what they could to buy their first home. Especially since the army post housing had a long waitlist and we were paying to stay in a hotel room being a family of 5 with 3 dogs. That’s what Ericka saw! She saw a family and she lead us all the way to the finish line.

Went through a refinance with Kendrick to get rid of PMI. He did a great job and always picked up the phone whenever I had any questions. I had doubts of refinancing and wanted to back out. I expressed my concerns to Kendrick, he was honest with me and told me the truth even if it did not benefit him. He did not pressure me to stay and not back out but after talking with him and thinking it through, I was certain that going through the refinance with him was a great decision.

Josh is amazing to work with! He took on a personal investment in helping my boyfriend and I purchase our first home. We just closed and couldn’t be happier! If you are thinking of using fairway use Josh Garber - he’s the best!!

If you want to close on a home and not lose your earnest money, DO NOT work with Kendrick Gilli. For starters, he pre-approved me for the wrong amount, because he did not put in the information from my W2 in his system. He did not communicate with me on how the process was going, and I found out when it was too late, that he could not approve the loan, after he asked for more money to put down on the loan. I lost the house that was under contract and all of the earnest money. The whole process was a nightmare and an emotional roller coaster, as I was being told one thing and finding out something different. He did not take responsibility for what he did wrong and sent me a text stating his personal issues as an excuse. He was not professional to say the least. The company was not professional at all, due to not reaching out to see how they can help or remedy the situation. I will never work with this company again.

Pete and the Fairway team was amazing communicative and very informed. If I had any question at any time they made sure to email me or call me right away so that we could go over details and they could go over paperwork with me right away so I didn’t feel like I wasn’t informed. Mel and Summer are fantastic! This was a relocation from California, including the sale of our California home, and they made sure we were taken care of. They communicated quickly, same business day, when we had any questions and went above and beyond when the lender on our California house refused and delayed giving needed documentation. It was like pulling teeth and I cried so much while begging that lender to send needed documents. Mel and Summer really pulled us through. They really cared about us and made sure we weren't homeless for Thanksgiving! God put us in their path for a reason, because we needed them so much more than we knew months ago!
