We just refinanced with Jeff Reeves and our experience was wonderful. We went with a VA refinance which requires a lot more paperwork to be completed. Jeff would text me what was needed and I would email it to him. Such a smooth process. From start to finish we closed in 1 month. When we first started he presented us with 3 best options for us to save money. There were other options, but in his opinion these were the best. He explained the 3 in fine detail and if I did not understand anything, he was kind enough to go through it until I understood it. There was never any pressure, only great advice. We ended up saving $211 a month on a refi and our interest rate dropped to 2.49. I definitely recommend Jeff and we will be using him again.

I have worked with Fairway twice in the past 4 years. I worked with both Chris and Ken. The first time they helped me purchase my home and recently they helped me with a refinance. I can't say enough good things about my experience. They were very knowledgable and organized, but what I appreciated most was that they didn't have an agenda of their own. I HIGHLY recommend them. Building a new home, we ran into several issues with other lenders. Our builder required certain documents and forms to be filled out, but the "big" lenders wouldn't do it until we were closer to the date of the house being built. So we were at a standstill until we talked to this lender and they helped throughout the entire process. Jeff Reeves is amazing and he helped every step of the way. Working with Karen Moravis and Rachel Nugent for my refinance was the easiest and most pleasant experience. I have heard nightmare stories from friends who have gone through this process with other companies with no communication leading to stressful unpleasant experiences. But that is not my story with Fairway Mortgage. What I received was personalized service from day one. Karen personally explained my options and helped me with my application. She didn't just send me to some random complicated website like the others. Even though they were extremely busy they were always available to answer even the simplest questions for my peace of mind. Karen and Rachel treated me like a friend and went above and beyond to give me the best experience ever. I was always informed of the next step and knew what to expect. I would never use any other mortgage company and would recommend them to all my friends!!!!

Our loan officer was Dudli Davis and she was really great. She kept us informed and worked hard to help us secure our home loan. Fairway is lucky to have her she is good, Fairway however not so much. I have never had to provide as much information about myself and my finances as I did with them. I have an 815 credit score and more than enough for the down payment but they still kept badgering me for more and more stuff. By the end of the process I was exhausted, mentally beat down and frankly I didn't care whether or not we got the house or not. The underwriters for our loan we're praying, unreasonable and had absolutely no common sense. They made what should have been the happiest time in our lives getting to buy our dream home in the mountains to retire in and turned it into a Spanish inquisition nightmare! Thumbs up for Dudli Davis she works hard, big big thumbs down to you crazy underwriters.

Dudli has been a wonderful partner in this process. Her financial knowledge helped my wife and I make the right decision on a mortgage refinancing.
