I tried to prequalify for a home through this company this year and I only qualified for 185,000 this would be my second home purchase needless to say it became a huge hassle. I manage a local company and know I should have prequalified for more long story short I went to Major mortgage and qualified for double what Fairway lending could offer. I highly recommend if you are in the market to purchase a home do not use Fairway Lending they were not helpful during the buying process and made it feel like buying a home was rocket science!!!!

Jennie Hawkins Jennie is best person that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have purchased homes in the past and everyone struggles with VA loans. NOT Jennie, she was amazing.
