Fairway exceeded our expectations. It was nice to be able to reach out and get a message same day- even if just to let us know our answer would take a day or so. Getting into the first time homeowners program greatly reduced our price of closing, which was very helpful for us post-closing so we had more funds available to purchase appliances and furniture for our house.
