Amber was extremely helpful to my husband and I as we navigated the purchase of a home in a new state. Even though we were located hundreds of miles apart and on different time zones, Amber always responded quickly and ran multiple scenarios for us so we could see different down payments, loan amounts, etc. Her team made everything super easy and efficient, and it was fantastic to be able to provide all our documents through a secure portal in electronic format - especially since we were physically located so far away! Great experience! I was living in CO at the time when I started my process of wanting to buy a home. I ended moving to WA with in a few days later . I got my home loan through fairway independent mortgage , I was like re approved in 3 days , fastest turn around I have ever seen. Great communication as far as the process and what to expect.
